He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. and Mrs. Charles W. Lynch, Jr. of Enid; and sister, Dorothy Roger of Wichita, Kansas. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Emilee Kay Lynch; daughters, Cassie Kay Lynch (Nash) and Moria Gayle Harmon of Oklahoma City; son, Austin Dayle Lynch of Norman; and grandchildren, Brendan M. Nash, Emilee R. Harmon, Carson M. Nash, and William H. Harmon.
Bill served in the 45th Infantry division of the Oklahoma Army National Guard and was a founding member of Bridgeview United Methodist Church.
