Brice Aaron Walter Lukes, 33, passed away Friday, April 14th, 2023.

Brice Aaron Walter Lukes was born on August 10th, 1989 in Woodward, Oklahoma. He attended Kids'R'Us Daycare and Cedar Heights Elementary School through 2nd Grade. In 1997 his family moved to Madison, South Dakota where he attended Madison Elementary Schools and Madison Middle School. Brice enjoyed archery, bowling, swimming, fishing, shooting sports, and spending time at the Community Center and with friends. He was a state qualifier bowler. In the summer of 2004, he went on the trip of a lifetime as a Student Ambassador with People to People. He visited England, France, Italy, and Greece.

Brice and his family moved back home to Woodward, Oklahoma as he entered his freshman year. He worked at United Supermarkets and Mazzio's during high school. He graduated from Woodward High School and High Plains Technology School with an Associates Degree in Computer Technology. Brice then moved to Edmond with his friends to attend The University of Central Oklahoma. He worked at Mazzio's and Sonic in Edmond while attending college.

Brice returned to Woodward and worked at Sonic Drive-In, Walmart Supercenter, Love's Travel Stop, Taco Mayo and Walls Bargain Center during his lifetime.

Brice was an avid gamer, whether it be card games, board games, video games or role playing games. He was a great competitor and loved helping people learn the games he loved. He also loved cooking and enjoying foods of all kinds, bowling, hanging out with friends and family, and he especially loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his great uncle Glen and aunt Virginia Caldwell, his cousin Michael David Carcara, and his great-great aunt Glendene Wyatt.

He is survived by his mother, Laura Hammontree; his grandparents, Ronnie and Lana Lukes; his siblings, Clinton Paquette, Alexis Wilson and husband, Jordan, Jay Knutson, Trystan Hammontree and Tobias Hammontree; his nieces and nephews, Raina Paquette, Braeden Paquette, Aaron Paquette, Miles Wilson, Rogue Hammontree, Olivia Wilson and Eliana Wilson , his aunts and uncles, Kerry Classen and wife, Jennifer, Teresa Bacon and husband, Larry, Wendi Beeson and husband, Scott, and Mike Lukes; his cousins Joshua Franks and sons, Jonathan Lukes and sons, Kameron Lukes and children, Lane Beeson, Nicholas Classen, Rylee Bacon, and Caroline Classen; his closest friends Caleb Lewis, Ben Breshears, Ronnie Holley, Chris Short, Mike Harrison, Mike Miller, and many more who loved him dearly.

His memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 29th at 2:00pm at Faith United Methodist Church in Woodward, Oklahoma.
