William “Lynn” Luker went to be with our loving father at the age of 75 on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Lynn Luker was born November 22, 1945 in Dumas Arkansas. His parents were Hugh and Mable Luker. Lynn and his family moved to Oklahoma City in 1953. He graduated from Crooked Oak High School in 1963.

He worked as a welder for ONG until 1972, then moved to Kingfisher to start his career as a welder at Conoco Pipeline. He retired as an Area Supervisor after thirty years. After retirement, he worked third party inspection and traveled to numerous places, including Alaska, Russia, and Syria.

After retirement, you could always find him spending hours at his farm tending to his cattle. He always looked forward to family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a very proud grandpa. Other pastimes included riding motorcycles, hunting in Wyoming with his brother Paul and brother-in-law Jim. He also loved getting the best bargains at auctions and garage sales. Lynn was very personable and never met a stranger. He was always willing to help others and will be greatly missed.
