Mary Ellen Lowrance, daughter of William “Curt” and Lena Rivers (Mangus) Smith, she was born on November 4, 1934 at Major County. Mary was reunited with family and friends in her heavenly home on July 28, 2019 at the age of 84. Mary grew up and attended Clinton schools in Clinton, OK. She moved to Greenfield, OK. where she raised her family and later the fay area, before returning to Clinton. Then moved to Oklahoma City, OK. where she lived until her passing away in 2019. Mary was a nurse’s aide who enjoyed life, her children, and grandchildren.
Mary is preceded in death by her father William “Curt” Curtis Smith; and mother Lena Rivers (Mangus) Smith.
Mary is survived by her son Sonny Becker and wife Catherine; son Floyd Acord and wife Debbie; son Lloyd Acord; daughter Cindy Acord Stephens; grandchildren Jennifer; Ben; Sarah; Jessie; Patrick; Michael; Shawn; Rebeca; Jon; Susan; and Jack; 23 great-grandchildren; one great great-grand daughter; and a host of loved ones and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Orville White presiding.
