Shari Renee Golay-Loveall, 61, of Ponca City, OK, died on June 14, 2024. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.
Shari was born on July 6, 1962, in Fredonia, KS, to Jimmy Golay, Sr. and Carolyn Ryf. She loved helping people, and loved her children and grandchildren. Her family was most important to her. She enjoyed shopping, riding Harley's, and going to the lake. Shari battled addiction most of her life. She recently completed a drug program and was a chair for meetings at the Harmony House. Since then, she was working hard to better herself by volunteering and helping out in the community.
Shari is survived by: her children, Kyle Miller of Ponca City, OK, Keri Cuccaro of Tulsa, OK, Kristi Hiser, of Oklahoma City, OK; mother, Carolyn Ryf of Emporia, KS; grandchildren, Taylan Elam of Newkirk, OK, Taryn Cuccaro of Tulsa, OK, Tye Hiser of Medford, OK, Derek Walton, Jr of Tulsa, OK; great-grandchildren, Brecklyn Ford, and Brixtyn Ford, both of Newkirk, OK; sisters, Anita Bourbon of Emporia, KS, Candace Matlock of Emporia, KS; brother, Jimmy Golay, Jr. of Arkansas City, KS; half-brother and sisters, Malcolm Golay of Wildomar, CA, Danielle Golay of Alameda, CA, Jennifer Golay Francis of Dumfries, VA; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Shari is resting with: her father, Jimmy Golay, Sr; her grandparents; and granddaughter, Trinity Hiser.
