Carol Ann (Rickman) Lovan
March 8, 1946 ~ December 2, 2024

Carol Ann (Rickman) Lovan was born on March 8, 1946, in McKinney, Texas to parents Floyd and Maxine (Trammel) Rickman. Carol passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024, at her home in Durant at the age of 78. Carol moved to Durant in 1980 and worked as a hairdresser early in life and later worked and retired as a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed painting, crafting, and working with her plants. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, and she loved her coffee and listening to Kenny Rogers.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Maxine Rickman; brothers Dennis, Richard and Dwight Rickman and grandson Cole Jackson.

Carol is survived by her sister Donna Rickman of Durant; daughters Tracie Meredith and husband Brian of Anna, TX and Cristi Hatch and husband Michael of Durant, OK; granddaughters Brandi Morgan of Silo, OK, Cassi Langley and husband Cody of Calera, OK and Charli Morgan of Pottsboro,TX; grandsons Hudson Jackson of Durant, OK and Marshall Hatch of Durant, OK; great grandchildren Hailey and husband Nico, Riley, Luke, Marlee, Mia, Easton, Bowen, Kimber, Braxtin, and Briar; great great grandchild Emiliano and numerous extended family and friends.

An informal time of visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 4-6 PM at Brown’s Durant Funeral Service. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
