Memorial Service for Ruby A. Louderback will be 2:00 pm, Friday, April 5, 2019 at Cache Christian Church.
Ruby was born on March 7, 1945 in Apache, Oklahoma to Herbert and Zettie (Watkins) Woods. Ruby married Robert Louderback on January 1, 1966. Ruby had several jobs over the years. She was a cashier at Taft Grocery, worked in the kitchen at CCMH and Ten Oaks. She also drove and owned taxi cabs, worked for Western Union and an engraving company and waitressed. She did whatever she had to do to provide and support her family. Ruby enjoyed playing bingo, crafting, listening to Elvis and drinking Pepsi.
Ruby Arlene Woods Louderback, 74, of Lawton, passed away April 2, 2019 in Lawton with her family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Dusty Louderback; three brothers, Thomas Woods, David Woods and Jackie Woods; and her sister, Jean Edison. Ruby is survived by three daughters, Becky Chacon and her husband Michael Chacon of Cache, Cindy Augustine and her husband Steve Augustine of Lawton and Sally Mindl of Colorado Springs; he son Rusty Louderback of Lawton; and one honorary daughter, Michel Schmidt of Lawton; five grandchildren, Kristin Augustine, Kylee Chacon, Blaine Augustine, Brenda Chacon and Damian Louderback; two honorary grandsons, Ricky Schmidt and Robert Schmidt of Lawton; one brother, Jackie Woods of Houston, Texas and three sisters, Beulah Likins of Cache, Ok, Darlene Vaughan of Lawton and Carol Wotton of Lawton; and numerous other relatives and close friends.
