Cesar always went out of his way to help others no matter what, and he was always radiating happiness and joy anywhere he went. He was a hard working man who put others first. Cesar loved his children so much but the love he had for his wife Evelina was unmatched. They would talk on the phone until they fell asleep when he was away on work. She was his love of his life. Cesar always loved a challenge, loved new projects and was so hands on. He was just so goofy and fun to be around. He will be missed by all that knew him.
