Gavin Riley Long was born September 4, 1997 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He departed this life August 31, 2022 at the age of 24 years.

Gavin grew up in and around the Tulsa area. He was a graduate of Union High School. He was currently living in Pryor Oklahoma with his girlfriend Jaylin Hughes. He liked to stay busy, he was always willing to lend a hand where needed and would jump right in even before he knew what he was doing. Gavin loved to surround himself with people; family always came first. He especially loved his momma, his sister Destiny and his niece and nephews. He was very proud of his sister and her love for her children. He was looking forward to having a family of his own. He also loved his acquired siblings. He would spend hours entertaining the youngest. He always found joy in putting a smile on a child’s face. He loved the holidays because it always meant it was family time. No matter how old he was, he really loved celebrating his birthday because each year was sure to be an event. Gavin was truly happy and loved with all of his heart.
