Shirley Littlejohn 77, died on March 26, 2013 at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, AR. She was the daughter of the late Roy Key and Viola Williams of Amarillo, TX.
She graduated from St. Mary's High School, Amarillo TX. On May 5, 1972 she married Verlin Lee Littlejohn of Westville, OK.
She is survived by two of her three children, Kelly Scott wife Candace Scott of Fulshear, TX and Susan Kindle husband Cecil Kindle of Stillwell, OK ; 9 grand children and 12 great grandchildren, sister Ginger Luetkahans husband Don Luetkahans of Amarillo, TX, brother Phillip Key wife Beverly Key of Lubbock, TX, Aunt Melba & Uncle Harry Tompkins of Dublin, TX; three step-children Blake Littlejohn, Brenda Hammer & Brett Littlejohn.
She was preceded in death by her per parents; husband Verlin Littlejohn in 2008, daughter Cindy Chandler 2012 of Tahlequah, OK, brother Sunny Key of Denton, TX, sister Wanda Faye Williams of Westville, OK.
Verlin and Shirley Littlejohn raised chickens for 32+ years on their farm in Westville, OK. She served on the election board of Precinct 10 for 10 years. There was nothing she couldn't do Shirley loved to sew, play piano, work outdoors, read and play games with friends and family (she always won) bingo with friends was her favorite!
Her family and many friends will deeply miss her friendship, her laughter, her deep love for her family. She enriched the lives of all she knew, and she will be sorely missed.
A very special heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Circle of Life Hospice and the countless others who have comforted Shirley and her family over the past several months.
Funeral services will be 10am, Wednesday, April 3 at Roberts and Hart Funeral Home located at 404 S. Williams Westville, OK 74965 Services will be held by Assistant Pastor Jason Richie of New Life, Stillwell, OK Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice in memory of Shirley Littlejohn.
Memorial services at 10 am on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Roberts & Hart Chapel.
