Bobby Wayne Lickliter was born January 6, 1946, in Warwick, Oklahoma to Jess and Viola (Sullivan) Smith. He passed away November 1, 2024, in Meeker at the age of seventy-eight.

Bobby lived in Lincoln County his entire life. He was a heavy equipment operator in commercial construction for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Jess, and Viola; brother, Billy Lickliter; and stepfather, Burt Smith. Survivors include his children, Tony Lickliter of OKC, Sherry Williams of OKC, Tammy Neu of Chandler; (6) grandchildren, Jeremy Smith, T.J. Elias, Stevie Neu, Levi Waldman, Jennifer O’Donnell, John Kyle Waldman; many great-grandchildren; siblings, Allen Smith, and Judy Evans; along with other family and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
