Mickey Wayne Lesch, of Oklahoma City, passed away at his home on Monday, May 28, 2018. He was born on September 13, 1957, in Cyril, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, June 2, at Alva Roofing Company, 1401 East Grand Blvd, in Oklahoma City. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center in Duncan.
Mickey graduated from Apache High School in 1976. He worked as a roofer for many years and was the warehouse manager for Alva Roofing Company when he passed away.
He married Brenda Lee Lucas on May 6, 2005.
He loved being at home with his wife and enjoyed watching OU football and listening to southern Rock music. He loved his dog and cat.
Mickey is survived by his wife, Brenda; father, Bobby Wainscott of Lawton; grandmother, Alice Wainscott of Lawton; sister, Stacy and husband James McGough of Duncan; nieces and nephew, Sarah and husband Troy Becker of Shawnee, Emily McGough of Edmond, and Sam McGough of Duncan; uncles, Eddie and wife Cheryl Scammahorn of Apache, Gary and wife Lana Scammahorn of Apache, and Gene and wife Sherry Scammahorn of Plano, Texas; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Wainscott; grandfather, LeRoy Wainscott; and grandparents, Clyde and Merle Scammahorn.
Memorial contributions can be made in Mickey's name to your local humane societies or to Integris Hospice, 5710 NW 130th St #100, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.
