Michael Gary ''Mingo'' Latta, son of Edward Raymond Latta and Alice Marie Lee was born March 5, 1951 in Bunch, OK and departed this life on August 2, 2017 in Bunch, OK at the age of 66 years, 4 months and 27 days.
Mike had many talents and enjoyed many things some to include gardening and flowers in which he had a green thumb, hunting and fishing. He provided for his family and had different occupations some to include the railroad, cave springs school bus driver and his favorite was a mail carrier.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister; Kathleen Carson, nieces, Teresa Caldwell, Judy Kay and Phyllis Denise Latta, nephew; Stephen Hartman. great nephews; Richard Wilson and Mathew Gray.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his children; Michael Tate and wife Deb of Stilwell, Ok, James Latta and wife Amanda of Tulsa, OK, Tammie Latta of Fayetteville, AR, Shelley Pavatt and husband Jamie of Elm Grove, LA, 7 grandchildren; Joe, Tristian, Peyton Tate, Emma and Lucy Latta, Tiffany Munson, River Cobain Garner. Siblings; Dorothy Hartman, Sudie Center and husband Joe all of Hominy, OK, Bob Latta and wife Wanda, Bill Latta and wife Teresa all of Stilwell, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
