Alan Dwayne Larney, 68, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021 in Oklahoma City.
He was born November 23, 1952 to Lee and Geneva (Brown) Larney in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Alan was raised in Oklahoma City and attended Jones Academy. He has lived in the Shawnee area for most of his adult life.
Alan worked as a bricklayer most of his life. He was a proud member of the Seminole Nation Tribe.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia Kent, Suzana Colungo; and 2 brothers, Darrell Larney and Rockey Larney.
Survivors include 2 sons, Alan Dway Larney, Jr. and Lee Larney; daughter Dana; grandchildren; 4 sisters, Harriet Larney, Billie Grass, Neva Lee Deere and Lonita Stewart; and 2 brothers, Roy Larney and Walter Larney; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
Per Alan’s wishes no formal services will be held.
