Mechelle Lynn Lang passed away February 2, 2022, at her home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the young age of 48.
She was born to Michael Mangrum and Diane Riley in Coffeyville, Kansas, on June 11, 1973. Mechelle married the love of her life, Shawn Lang, on September 25, 1999. She was known for being a wonderful mother who always put her children first. She cared deeply for people and put them before herself. Her testimony shows that God can use you because He loves you, and He wants to work with you.
Mechelle was preceded in death by her Mother Diane Riley; Father Michael Mangrum; father-in- law Johnny Lang and mother-in-law Sharon Lang.
She is survived by her husband, Shawn Lang; sister Melissa Riley; nephew Isaiah Lang; brother Chris Mangrum; daughter Shawntel Lang; son Shawn Lang; twin daughters Desaray and Destiny Riley; daughter Shaya Riley; aunts Patricia Brady and Elsie Smith and grandson Alexander Heevner.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 10, from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Nowata Stumpff Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 11, at 2 p.m. at the Nowata Stumpff Funeral Home and is under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory.
