Georgina Currie (McMillan) Lane

August 9, 1940 ~ February 28, 2017

Memorial services for Georgina Currie Lane, 76, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.

Mrs. Lane passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born August 9, 1940 at Ayr, Scotland to John and Susan Currie McMillan. She attended school in Scotland.

She married Billy Gene Ray Lane June, 1964. He preceded her in death December 4, 1998. Mrs. Lane had been employed at Wrangler Company and later she retired from the Chickasaw Nation Gaming Center.

Survivors include a son, Michael Lane and wife Donna of Shawnee; a daughter, Gloria Hatton and her husband Chris of Ada; five grandchildren, Kelby, Britnie, Morgan, Ashley and Tyler; ten great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a daughter, Gina Williamson.
