 Karen Leigh Kuta, 38, died July 11, 2009 in Oklahoma City. Born Nov. 27, 1970 in Scranton, PA to Cheryl and Dana Kuta.

Family and friends were the focus of her life. Always wearing a smile and finding the silver lining even during hard times.

Preceded in death by her mother Cheryl.

Survived by her three children: Michael, Leann and Victoria, her father Dana and two sisters Kathryn and Kimberly.
