Joyce Lynette Kroon age 72, passed away November 22, 2021, at the Circle of Life in Springdale, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Chester and Glenna Palone.
Preceding her in death was her father Chester Palone and step-mother Catherine Palone, and her mother Glenna Johnson (Allison) and step-father William C. Johnson (Poops).
Survivors are one sister Sandra Adams (Palone) of Sallisaw, OK. Her three children Shane W. Cowan of Tulsa, OK, Steven C. Kroon and wife Angela of Rogers, AR, Andrea Harrelson and husband Ronnie of Siloam Springs, AR. Her grandchildren Jordan Cowan and wife Kelly of Summers, AR, Ashley Cowan of Victoria, TX, Tyler Kroon and wife Sarah of Gentry, AR, Lorna Kroon of St. Louis, MO, Tanner Kroon of Rogers, AR, Tierney Herbert of Siloam Springs, AR, Morgan Julio and husband Mark of Fayetteville, AR, Justin Harrelson and wife Casey of Siloam Springs, AR, and Jason Harrelson of Lincoln, AR, and eight great-grandchildren: Henry Cowan, Maverick Kroon, Journey Nowlin, Lucy Dove Julio, Dominic Julio, Holly McReynolds Thurman, Payton Harrelson and MacKinnley Harrelson.
Joyce attended Marysville Union High School in Marysville, CA and then went on to get her Cosmetology license where she eventually ran three different schools. (At the same time) She was a loving, caring, single mother who always struggled to give her children a good life. She did very well. She loved home interior and working with flowers in the yard. After the framing she even built a house with just one neighbor to help. She wa an extraordinary woman, loved by many. She was a daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
Funeral Service was held 2:00 PM, Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville, OK 74960.
