Stan was born September 8, 1936 to William and Evelyn Krausse in Douglas, Oklahoma and passed from this life August 13, 2020 in Enid, OK.
He was raised and educated in Douglas graduating with the class of 1954. He then graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor degree in Industrial Arts and as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. While he was in the Army, he traveled all over the world with his family. After retiring from the Army in 1979 he began working in Real Estate. He was a wonderful father and grandfather; his daughters and grandchildren brought him the most joy! He always had a trick up his sleeve, a tickle to give, and hug to share.
He is survived by his wife, Denise, of the home; daughters, Kim Pendergraft and her husband Mark, of Enid, Karla Shields and her husband Mark, of Charolette, North Carolina; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made in his name to the Woodring Wall of Honor, United Way of Northwest Oklahoma, or Cimarron Council Boy Scouts of America.
