She loved attending sporting events and birthday parties, and gathering her immediate and extended family around the table for holidays and Sunday dinners. Donna had many hobbies, including gardening, cooking, fishing, canning, playing games, quilting and was a farm girl at heart. She and Jerry also traveled together, exploring many foreign places. She was a committed member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and enjoyed many years singing in the choir and serving at the guest center.
