Davis Randall Knox, 70 of Lexington, died, Friday, February 28, 2020, in Norman, Oklahoma. The son of R.L. Knox and Modean (Belew) Knox, he was born June 30, 1949, in Snyder, Oklahoma.
Randall was a veteran of the United States Army and was Baptist in faith. He worked for many years as a truck driver until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and attending his grandkids’ pig shows. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and he loved going out to eat. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Braun Wesley Knox.
Randall is survived by two daughters, Kimberlee Jones and husband, Brandon, of Lexington, Makensie Rounsaville and husband, Kelby, of Harrah; two sons, Bo Knox and wife, Jennifer, of Purcell, and Chantz Morse of Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren, Hunter, Raegan, and Jarod Knox, Caden, Ryan, and Dane Jones, and Piper Rounsaville; three sisters, Paula Brown and husband, Paul, JoAnn Simmons and husband, Billy, and Kathy Anderson and husband, Jeff, all of Blanchard; one brother, Larry Knox and wife, Debi, of Blanchard; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Randall’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at the First Baptist Church in Blanchard. Memorial donations may be made in Randall's name to Lexington Ag Boosters, 420 NE 4th Street, Lexington, Oklahoma 73051. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
