Phyllis Laverne (Goodale) Kirkpatrick
Aug. 19, 1945 ~ Nov. 19, 2015

Phyllis Laverne Goodale Kirkpatrick was born Aug. 19, 1945, and passed away Nov. 19, 2015.

Phyllis was born to Earl and Cora Mae (Koons) Goodale, on a farm in Ringwood. At her request, her body is being donated to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She requested no service.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kirk. She is survived by one brother and three sisters.

The family would like to thank Hospice Circle of Love for their kindness and greatly needed support; and to our niece Sherry Ann and husband William Gray for opening their home with love to their Aunt Sissy.

A memorial donation may be made to Hospice Circle of Love in her memory.
