James Dale Kinney, age 88, passed away on September 14, 2019.
Jim was born January 30, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to Jack W. and Mary (Otey) Kinney. Jim was married to Sally Kinney of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, sister - Mary Sue Lynch, son David Kinney, and son Scott Kinney.
Jim proudly served for the United States Navy and was a member of the Chickasaw Nation. He worked at FAA until his retirement. He loved fishing, hunting and being at Lake Eufaula with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Sally, son Todd Kinney, granddaughters Hannah Kinney, and Tarrah Kinney, and grandson Ty Kinney and sister Carole Cory of El Campo, TX. Step-daughter Cindy Ray (husband Keith Ray) of Tulsa, OK and step-son Chris Wells (wife Ellen Wells) of Dallas, TX. Grandchildren - Lauren Paull, Marshall Ray, Maddie Wells, and Max Wells. Great grandchildren - McKinley, Maverick and Samson Paull and many nieces and nephews. Nephew Barry L. Cory of Katy, TX and niece Shana Cory Smith of El Campo, TX.

Services for Jim will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Mercer-Adams Chapel with Michael Smith officiating
