Edgar Mann Kincaid was born May 28, 1929 in Wagoner County, Oklahoma.
He was the 16th of 17 children to his parents, John Robert Kincaid and Bannie Nickel. Edgar passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 in Oklahoma City at the age of 85.
He grew up with his eight sisters and eight brothers in Oklahoma.
He married the love of his life, Ruby Pauline Medlin. Together they raised three children.
Edgar was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bannie; and fifteen of his siblings.
Survivors include his wife of over 65 years, Ruby Pauline Kincaid of the home; children, William Kincaid and his wife Pattie of Indianapolis, Indiana; Betty and her husband Michael Mizell of Covington, Louisiana; James Kincaid of Wellston; six grandchildren, David Taylor, Michael Kincaid, Clifford Kincaid, Justin Mizell, Casey White, Kelly Kincaid; eight great-grandchildren, Zachary Taylor, Mikey Taylor, Liam White, Tiffany West, Peyton Kincaid, Tristan Kincaid, Camden Kincaid; baby sister, Mildred Robinson of Tulsa; and numerous nieces; nephews; cousins; other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Trinity Baptist Church of Wellston.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
