Sandy Parker Kincade, 53, of New Alluwe, Oklahoma, passed away in the early morning of August 7, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born August 28, 1971, in Vinita, Oklahoma, to Charles Parker and Barbara (McClellan) Parker, Sandy spent most of her life in the New Alluwe community. On April 25, 2003, she married the love of her life, Robert Kincade, and together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and faith. She and Robert also spent 13 years in the community of Big Cabin, creating friendships and memories that would last a lifetime.
Sandy was a devoted mother to her five children: Kameron Noakes and his wife Clara, Tyler Parker, Josie Parker, Hunter Kincade and his partner Haylie Goodman, and Rylee Kincade. She was a proud NiNi to Darrius Davis, Sonny Davis, Zemira Davis, Alluwe Noakes, and Huntlie Kincade, and a loving “grandpup” Remi Ann.
She is also survived by her Mother Barbara Parker, three sisters: Kim McGee, Lisa Jo Johnson, and Debbie Parker, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews extended family, and friends who loved her dearly.
Sandy lived her life with an open heart and a strong faith. She was known for her magnetic personality, her ability to speak the truth with love, and her willingness to help anyone in need. She found joy in creating beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, spending time with her family, and reading her Bible. She also loved turning up the stereo and trying to teach her children to dance — never missing a chance to remind them she was the best dancer in the family.
She is now welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven by her father, Charles Parker, and her beloved grandmothers and grandfathers.
