Barbara Elaine Kilgore

Barbara Elaine Kilgore
May 22, 1945 ~ July 21, 2023

Barbara Elaine Kilgore passed away July 21,2023. She was born in Glendale, Arizona on May 22, 1945. She attended Tulsa Public Schools and graduated from Central High School in 1964.

She married Robert Kilgore in 1965, and together they raised two daughters.

Barbara worked for the State of Oklahoma for 22 years before retiring. After retirement she became Welder's helper, helping her husband in his shop until they both fully retired in 2021. Barbara lived a full and busy life. She loved traveling, including taking a cruise a few years back. She also liked playing the slot machines at the Hominy Casino. She had many hobbies including oil painting and wood carving, both of which she won ribbons for at the Tulsa State Fair.

She preceded in death by her Parents, and the grandmother who raised her.

She is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) of 58 years; daughters Kelly Hardesty and her husband Don, Karen Rommel and her husband Ric; brother Gary Mailes; grandson Robert (R.T) Hardesty and his wife Bethany; lastly her great-grandson who she absolutely adored Cade Hardesty.
