Benjamin George "Ben" Kidd

Ben Kidd was born February 10, 1970 in Shamrock, Texas to Edith and Arlin Kidd. He passed away September 29, 2014 at Erick, Oklahoma at the age of 44 years, 7 months and 19 days.

Ben grew up in Shamrock and attended school at Shamrock and Erick. He worked on farms and later began his career in the oilfield. Ben made his home in Erick and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his father, maternal and paternal grandparents and wife, Wanda Kidd.

He is survived by his children, Ben D. Kidd, Erick, OK; and Ashley Kidd, Erick, OK; grandchildren, Ashton Kidd, Adalynn Cummins, stepdaughter, Jenny Bradley and son, Koby, Elk City, OK; his mother, Edith Kidd, Erick, OK; brothers and sisters, Richard Kidd, Van Buren, AR; and Arlene White, Van Buren, AR; and Teresa Wheeler, Erick, OK; and Larry Kidd, Erick, OK; and a host of other, relatives and friends.
