Frank, age 86, died at home in Fort Collins on December 15, 2022.
Frank grew up in Pawhuska, attended Indian Camp School and Chilocco Indian School in 1950 - 1954.
Frank joined the Army and did two tours in Viet Nam.
He graduated from the University of New Mexico and worked at Southwest Indian Polytechnic Institute.
