Sansar Kaur, beloved mother of Raj Singh Chhoker of Sayre, was born June 20, 1909 in India, to Jwali and Mihan Singh. She passed away June 16, 2014 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 104 years 11 months and 26 days.
She was born in west Panjab, India and was married to the late Baghail Singh Chhoker in Pakistan. She moved to the United States in 1976 with her family. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brothers.
She survived by her 2 sons, Pritam Singh Arshi, Toronto, Canada and Raj Singh Chhoker, Sayre, OK; 3 daughters, Inqlabi Thandi, Spring, TX, Jasbir Dhillon, Oakbrook, IL and Daljit Punia, Chicago, IL; 1 brother, Dilbag Kandola, Toronto, Canada and 1 sister, Harbans Kaur Sahota, Houston, TX; 1 sister-n-law, Ranjit Kandola ofToronto, Canada; 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great granchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
We the family join to pray for the departed soul to rest in peace. She will be missed by all of us but most of all by Ravi of Sayre, Oklahoma.
Private memorial services are being held by the family.
