Services for Wanda Joy (Coffee) Jones, a Denton, TX resident, were held Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Rev. Vaden Morgan officiating.
Mrs. Jones was born February 24, 1941 in Coalgate to Jay and Ida Graham Coffee and passed away September 11, 2011 in Oklahoma City at the age of 70. She attended Lone Star School and Coalgate High School and was a manager of the Family Dollar Store.
Survivors include her daughter, Ronda Lockett of Denton, TX; sons, Randy Jay Nelson of Oklahoma City and Ricky Gene Nelson and wife Tracy of Branson, MO; grandchildren, Chad Robertson and Tara, Johnathan Robertson and Megan, Treis Privette, Chance Preivette, Tristen Nelson and Skylar Nelson; great grandchild, Presleigh Robertson; sisters, haxel Martin of Kansas and Juanita Watson and husband Jerry of Texas; brothers, Carl Coffee and wife kathy of Eufaula, OK and Raonal Coffee and wife Sharon of Pauls Valley, OK; sister-in-law, Maxine Coffee of Edmond; brother-in-law, Claude Branam; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe Coffee; sister, Edith Branam and husband Gene Nelson.
Casketbearers were Buck Thetford, Chad Robertson, Jonathan Robertson, Tracy Coffee, Kelly Coffee, Anthony Coffee, Roland Martin. Honorary bearers were Carl Coffee, Billy Martin, Jerry Watson and Steve Branam.
