David P. Jones, Jr.-60, of Jennings, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, April 2023.
He was born in Schwalhiem Germany, on March 1, 1963, at home the son of David, Sr., and Henriette (Ickler) Jones.
He is survived by his five children. Three sons: Christopher, David III, Braxton, and two daughters: Vanessa and Ashley.
David is survived by his siblings: a sister, Diana M. Haynes, of San Antonio, Texas and three brothers: Dan (Teresa) of Westville, Illinois, Andy, of Jennings, Oklahoma, and Tom (Tammy), also of Jennings, Oklahoma.
David is also survived by paternal Aunt Darlene Goodson (Mike) of Cleveland, OK. In addition, he leaves behind many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents and an older sister, Dorothy.
David, Jr was affectionately known as "Bubi", His momma gave him this nickname. He lived life to the fullest, especially his job working as a "tankey". He loved his work family dearly, always being the life of the party. David loved OU football, please dress casually as that is how David would want you to remember him.
He truly did things "his way" and with "that smile." He will be so dearly missed by many.
