Billie Ruth (Underwood) Johnson

August 3, 1935 ~ October 22, 2024

Billie Ruth Johnson, 89-year-old Tulsa resident, passed away early Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Porta Caeli House in Tulsa. She was born on August 3, 1935, in Ola, Arkansas to William “Willie” A. Underwood and Lois Ruth (Teddler) Underwood.

Billie married J. T. Johnson on May 30, 1954 in Bixby, Oklahoma. They lived and raised their family in the Tulsa area. Her husband of 47 years preceded her in death in 2001.
