Juanita Ann (Ensley) Jimerson was born on Sunday, January 4th, 1948 in Milburn, Oklahoma to Elbert Ensley and Pansy Caroline (Walker) Ensley. Juanita passed from this life on Friday, September 6, 2024 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 76.
Juanita lived most of her life in Collin county, Texas and attended Celina Public Schools in Celina, Texas. She worked as a certified nursing assistant for several years and had a heart for taking care of patients. Juanita had been with her longtime partner, Howard White, for over 30 years. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, and loved her dogs.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Teresa Baxley and Patricia Farquar; and one great-grandson, Wyatt James Sells.
She is survived by her spouse, Howard White of Durant; daughter, Virginia Stevenson of Warfield, KY; son, Frank Sells; grandkids, Delisha Jones with Bradley and Emiley, April Stevenson with Dominicc, Reilynn, and Madison, Holly Cook with Khai, and Keane Wakeland, KC Plyler with Nova Blane Plyler and Alora Skye, Regina Damron with Tyler, Riley, Ryan, and Aleeah, Nate Sells with Brooklyn, Audriee, and Jr, and Jheri Darlene Kaake.
Cremation services were selected and no services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service in Durant.
