Kerry Leann Jennings, born February 12, 1981, entered the arms of Jesus November 11, 2023.
She is survived by her parents Donna and Vaughn Pirtle of Blanchard, Oklahoma, and Bob and Kara Jennings of Bridgecreek, Oklahoma; brother, Kevin Jennings of Yukon, Oklahoma; step brothers, Matt Pirtle of Frisco, Texas, and Colby Johnson of Dibble, Oklahoma; step sisters, Misti (Pirtle) Johnson of Frisco, Texas, Cassie Miller of Mustang, Oklahoma, Bayleigh Foster of Blanchard, Oklahoma; grandma Margaret Comstock; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Violet Comstock, Opal Jennings, and Judy Savage; grandfathers William (Bill) Comstock, Carl Jennings, and Victor Savage; and aunts Velda Woods and Karen Jennings.
Kerry’s passion was singing and being part of a praise and worship team. She had such an amazing talent that she always used for the Lord. Such an amazing sense of humor. Kerry could always make you feel better even though she was going through things herself. She had an infectious smile that would light up her whole face and her laugh was contagious. You couldn’t help but be happy and have fun when you were around her.
There has not been a day that has gone by for the last 21 years, that she did not suffer severe pain. But even through everything she has endured, she never passed up a chance to touch someone else that was hurting.
Kerry was so ready for her trip to see Jesus, for her pain and suffering to be over, and now she is in the Arms of Jesus completely whole again without pain and suffering and able to sing again on the praise team for Jesus!! There won’t be a day that goes by that our hearts won’t hurt, but our comfort is in knowing that Kerry is not suffering anymore, and we will see her in Heaven soon!!
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
