Marjorie Ellen (Hawker) Jenkins

Marjorie Ellen (Hawker) Jenkins
May 18, 1957 ~ October 29, 2023

Marjorie Ellen Jenkins unexpectedly passed away from this life on October 29, 2023, at the age of 66 in Cleveland, Oklahoma.

Ellen was born on May 18, 1957, in Liberty, Missouri, the daughter of Jewell and Marjorie (Perry) Hawker. Ellen spent most of her early life in the Clay county and Kansas City, Missouri area. In 2015, Ellen moved to be closer to her daughter Laura in Tulsa before moving to Cleveland in 2021.

Ellen enjoyed quilting, sewing, and making others laugh. However, her favorite thing to do was spending time and taking care of her grandchildren. Ellen was a bright soul who had a passion for helping anyone she met. She was taken from her family prematurely and will be greatly missed.

The survivors are her daughter Laura Stucky and two grandchildren Hannah and Isaac Stucky of Cleveland, Oklahoma, life partner Charles (Shorty) Hulett of Cleveland, Oklahoma, one sister Brenda Cobb of Rayville, Missouri, one brother Jewell Hawker, Jr. Of Lawson, Missouri, niece April Kabrick of Liberty, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents Ellen was preceded in death by her sister Winifred (Winnie) Hawker.

Private services will be held at a later date. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Ellen at www.chapman-black.com.
