Terrell "Dane" Jackson, of Adair, OK, was born on February 28th 1958, in Bartlesville, OK to Jack and Amelia Jackson. He entered into eternal rest on June 28th, 2017 in Tulsa, OK.
Dane moved to El Paso, TX in 1971 and graduated from Eastwood High School in 1975. After high school, he worked as a serviceman for Phillips 66 for about 7 years before becoming a long haul truck driver. Dane moved back to Oklahoma in 1995, the year his son Jack was born. Dane loved his football, always rooting for the Denver Broncos. His favorite players were Peyton Manning and John Elway. He enjoyed spending quality time with his father and his son whether it was fishing out on the lake or tinkering around on his trucks or old junk cars. He was a big fan of Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra's music. In 2007, he met his "buttercup" and they ran away to Vegas to get hitched in September of 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tracy A. Jackson of the home. His parents Jack J. & Peggy Jackson of Bartlesville, OK. His son, Jack J. Jackson of Spavinaw, OK. His sister Jacquie Cramer of Copalis Beach, Washington. Brothers; John Brouse and his wife Shaye of Pea Ridge, Arkansas and Jay L Brouse and his wife Becki of Virginia Beach, VA Step-sons; Manuel Encizo and his wife Maria of McKinney, TX, Marcus Segundo of Ottawa, KS, and step-daughter Naomi Segundo of Dearing, KS. Along with cousins, brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews, and 7 step-grandchildren including his "lil fish" Kamdyn who was very near and dear to him.
He is preceded in death by his mother Amelia Joyce Jackson, Maternal Grandparents; Roy and Ella Jean Barr, & Paternal Grandparents William & Cora Lee Jackson.
Funeral services for Dane will be held at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday July 8, 2017 at the Worley-Luginbuel funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. A visitation for friends and family will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday July 7, 2017 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home.
