Memorial services for Sandy Jackson of Canton, OK will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Canton Christian Church with Keith Robinett officiating. Services are under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton, OK.
Sandy was born February 16, 1957 at Fairview, OK to parents Troy and Patsy (Abbott) Myers. She passed away on October 10, 2024 at Fairview, OK.
Sandy graduated from Canton Public Schools in 1975. She enjoyed sports, and excelled in basketball and track, and was the state champion in the shot put her senior year.
On April 4, 1975 she married Max Neil Jackson at Oakwood, OK. To this union a son, Chris Jackson was born. Sandy had two grandsons, Brexton and Brennan Jackson that were her pride and joy. She also loved her yard, farming, computer and her I phone.
Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Troy Myers; grandparents John and Dora Abbott and Gib and Lavern Myers; one cousin, Sally Abbott;
She is survived by her husband, Max Neil Jackson of the home; son Chris Jackson of Canton; mother Patsy Davis of Amorita, OK; grandsons Brexton and Brennan Jackson of Canton; cousins Nancy, Nieta, Rene, Stephanie, Deana Mae, Amy, Denise and Mark; Sandy will be missed by her family, her many friends and her caregivers, Connie Killman and Nieta Moneypenny.
