Ruth (Carroll) Hedges Ipsen

August 13, 1926 ~ October 12, 2007

Ruth Carroll Hedges Ipsen was born August 13, 1926, in Marshall, OK. She was the daughter of Eva and O.V. Carroll. She was a graduate of Phillips University (Music Education), where she later worked in the administration office.

She is survived by her children, Carol Hedges of San Francisco, Craig Hedges of Scottsdale, AZ, and Brendan Hedges of Coarsegold, CA; nephews, Carl Carroll of Enid, OK, and Ray Carroll of Moore, OK; grandchildren, Misha Hedges of Los Angeles, CA, Jasper Hedges of Mendocino, CA, Trevor Hedges of Portland, OR, Jordan Hedges of Scottsdale, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Thayne Hedges and one son, Michael Hedges.

She passed away in Fresno, California on Friday, October 12. Private services will be held in California.
