Jocelyn Hazel (Woodard) Inda
May 1, 1939 ~ October 14, 2025

Jocelyn Inda, 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Jocelyn was born on May 1,1939 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma at Memorial Hospital to parents Darrell and Ruth (Gavellas) Woodard. On June 14, 1957, Jocelyn married Robert Inda at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Robert died on February 8, 2012.

Jocelyn kept all of the books for their business, Inda’s Refrigeration. She also worked at Peter’s Dry Goods and Popkess Pharmacy in Dewey. Jocelyn enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden that her husband created at their home. More than anything else, Jocelyn loved taking care of her family. Her greatest wish in life was for everyone to feel safe and loved. Jocelyn is preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly Bolen and Patricia Cobb of Dewey and her brother, Ronald Woodard of Dewey.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Offutt and husband John of Oklahoma City and her son Tim Inda and partner Michelle Ashbrook of Dewey. She is also survived by her sisters, Shirley May and Barbara McClune of Dewey and brother Charles Woodard of Dallas. Jocelyn was the proud grandmother of Jessica Michael and husband Duane of Edmond, Kelly Offutt and husband Matthew Craig of Oklahoma City and great-grandmother to John Michael and Grace Michael of Edmond and Charlotte Diane Hazel Craig of Oklahoma City.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family. She will be greatly missed.
