Cherokee – Mrs. Arthur K. (Bernice) Hunt, a former Cherokee resident, died suddenly Sunday morning in a hospital in Dallas, Texas. Her funeral was at 2 PM today in the First Christian Church of Gainesville, Texas. The George J. Carroll and Son Mortuary of Gainesville is in charge of arrangements.
Graveside services for Mrs. Hunt will be at 2 PM Wednesday in the Wellington, Kansas, Cemetery.
In addition to her husband of the home in Gainesville, Mrs. Hunt is survived by two sons, Howard of Fort Worth and James of the home; three daughters, Beth, who lives in Switzerland, Mary and Nancy, both of the home and her mother, who lives in Gainesville.
