Visitation for "Kay" Kathryn Oberg Hulver will be Wednesday, July 28, 1999 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel. Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, July 31, 1999 in the Walker – Nadler Funeral Home of Lexington, Missouri. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Lexington, Missouri.
She was born March 25, 1925 to Anton and Tillie Oberg in Wyndmere, North Dakota. She graduated from Wyndmere high school, Wyndmere, North Dakota. She married George Hulver August 1, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a member of United Methodist Church. She was a Secretary for the Jinkins Insurance Agency for many years. Kay was also a member of the Coffee – Mates Camping Club and enjoyed camping, traveling and friends.
She is survived by her husband George of Enid; two daughters, Debra Kay Burke, Springfield, Missouri and Kari Sue Long, Winona, Minnesota; a sister, Pearl Wittkopp, Wyndmere, North Dakota and a brother, Norman Oberg, Fargo, North Dakota as well as seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father and one sister.
Memorials can be made through the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Arthritis Division.
