R. Dale Hulse
February 15, 1940 ~ August 8, 2017

R. Dale Hulse born February 15,1940 in Boise Idaho to Cecil and Arhea Meek Hulse. He died August 8, 2017 at home in Cherokee County Oklahoma.

He attended elementary school at Blue Valley in Idaho, Junior high in Eagle, Idaho and graduated from Meridian High School in Meridian, Idaho. He was a member of the Idaho National Guard in Nampa and served 6 months active duty at Fort Ord, Ca in 1958.

Dale worked in the dairy equipment business for 40 plus years. He owned and operated Acton Surge Co. in Merced, Ca. for 30 years. He loved being around dairymen. When he retired, he moved to Cherokee County to be close to his son and family.

Dale was an active member of the Merced United Methodist Church in Merced, Ca. He served on several committees but one of his callings, was leading many youth work missions all over California and Nevada. He attended Rocky Mountain Bible Church when his health permitted.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sue, of 58 years, his son Delbert and Norma Hulse of Cherokee County, daughters Victoria and Ed Waller of Tucson, Arizona, Stacee and Aric Barcellos of Los Banos, Ca and Teresa and Joe Saramago of Galt, Ca. His sisters, Norene and Jim Temple of Enumclaw, Wa., Betty and Gary Leiser of El Dorado Hills, Ca. special cousin Roger and Carol Hulse of Prairie Grove, Ark. Also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, which he adored! 

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Rocky Mountain Bible Church Youth Camp Fund, Friends of the Library Children's Wing, Stilwell, OK or donor's choice.
