Margie Faye (Anderson) Hull
December 9, 1935 ~ December 1, 2022

Margie Faye (Anderson) Hull of Durant passed from this life on December 1, 2022 at the age of 86. She was born December 9, 1935 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Lloyd and Eunice (Christian) Anderson. On March 24, 1978, she married George Hull in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Margie was a top saleswoman winning many awards for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She worked in administration for SOSU and Austin Colleges. Margie had many interests such as reading and sewing. She was an avid quilter as well. She was a member of the Quilt Guild and participated in pieced and applique juried shows. She loved gardening and grew peonies and lilies. Margie loved all genres of music and enjoyed cooking for friends and family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband George Hull of Durant, OK; daughters Lynn McCauley and husband Michael of Yukon, OK; Georgina Hennen of Prosper, TX; and Twyla Brown and husband Don of Keller, TX; and daughter-in-law Brenda Hoover of Piedmont, OK; as well as her sister Yvonne Anderson of Wichita Falls, TX. Her legacy lives on with her grandchildren Darrin McCauley and wife Teri, Clint McCauley and wife Amanda, Kyle Hoover and fiancé Erica, Austin Hoover, Jarrod Hennen, Adin Bailey, and Alysse Griffith; her great-grandchildren Joseph Fuentes, Taylor McCauley, Lloyd McCauley, Madisyn McCauley, Wyatt McCauley, Paisley Hoover, Paxton Hoover, Zayden Hoover, Jude Hennen, Barrett Bailey, and Harlan Bailey; and her great-great grandchildren Mia Fuentes, and Andrew Fuentes, as well as her niece Beth Ann Coombs.

Preceding her in death are her parents Lloyd and Eunice Anderson, and son Steven Hoover.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church in Durant with Brother Darel Bunch officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org , or a tree to be planted in Margie’s honor.
