Lucille Nadean "Lucy" (Farmer) Hudson

Feb. 1, 1924 ~ Apr. 1, 2004

Funeral services will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles St.) at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon April 4, 2004. Pastor Troy Morris of New Beginnings Christian Church will officiate.

Lucille "Lucy" was born to Harrison and Lula Farmer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was one of six children. She married William Bill Hudson on October 1, 1942, who preceded her in death in 1989. Lucy (as everyone knew her) is survived by her sister, Dorothy of Gore, Oklahoma; four chldren, Sherran Toy (husband, Charles), Penny Toy (Don); Dawn Holloway (Michael) and Vic Hudson. She was Nana to 7 grandkids, Dainette Toy-Payne, Greg Toy (deceased, 2003), Eric Toy, Chanel Toy-Massy, Kiyle Callaway, Derek Hudson and Kristi Hudson; 12 great grandkids, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Lucy lived most of her life in Lamont, California. She moved there as a young girl. Lucy will always be remembered for loving kindness, wonderful sense of humor and her laughter. She was loved by all that knew her. We wish to thank all who helped during Nana's illness. She will be remembered and missed by all of us.
