Martin Ray Hubbartt, age 63 of Harrah, Oklahoma was born on December 13, 1956 in Edmond, Oklahoma to Raymond and Wilma (Bailey) Hubbartt. He passed away November 21, 2020 in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include his mother Gail Hubbartt, son Robert Hubbartt and wife Darlene of Chattanooga, Tennessee, daughter Jennifer Kagemann and husband Derek of Bedford, Indiana, sister Rhonda Norman and husband Ron of Midlothian, Texas, sister Jill Baugous and husband Leonard of Jefferson, Texas, and his loving companion Kristal Behara. Martin is also survived by his four grandchildren Lazarus, Livonia, Haley, and William.

Private services will be held.
