Augustine (Jenkins) Scott Howe
May 19, 1924 ~ August 30, 2008

Funeral Services for Augustine Scott Howe, 84, of Alex will be held Thursday, September 4, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel.

Augustine Scott Howe was born May 19, 1924 in Comanche County, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lorenzo Dow Jenkins and Laura Jarman. She passed away August 30, 2008 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

She was the owner of Augustine's Hill in Alex.

She was preceded in death by her husbands: Jack Scott, Roy McDaniel, and Marion Howe; and one son, Donald Scott.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Gerald and Rita Scott of Terrell, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Karen Scott of Alex, Oklahoma; five grandchildren: Mitzi Daniel of Terrell, Texas, Michael Don Scott of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Marty Scott or Forney, Texas, Rebelee Dollar of Chickasha and Chris Williams of Alex; one brother, Harold Jenkins of Lawton; one sister, Wanda Scott of Tuttle; nineteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Alex Southern Baptist Chapel Building Fund P.O. Box 116: Alex, Oklahoma 73002.

A private interment will be held under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
