Francine (Cusick) Holtz

Sept. 9, 1964 ~ Feb. 2, 2014

ENID, Okla. - Memorial service for Francine Holtz, 49, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings.

She was born Sept. 9, 1964, to Francis and Lois Heskett Cusick in Edgerton, Wis., and passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, in Enid.

She graduated from Edgerton High School in 1982.

She moved to Enid in 1983, with her family. She worked at Vance Air Force Base, where she met her husband James in 1988. They were married June 23, 1990, in Oklahoma City.

She later worked as a secretary for the fire department until she was medically unable.

She is survived by her husband, James; her parents; and two brothers, Robert and Michael Cusick.

ENID, OK - Funeral service for Francine Holtz, 49, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. today, Feb. 5, 2014, at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Kenneth Wade officiating. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born Sept. 9, 1964, to Francis and Lois Hesket Cusick in Edgerton, Wis., and passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, in Enid. /p>

She graduated from Edgerton High School in 1982. /p>

She moved to Enid in 1983, with her family. She worked at Vance Air Force Base, where she met her husband James in 1988; they were married on June 23, 1990, in Oklahoma City.

She later worked as a secretary for the fire department until she was medically unable. She was the ultimate Green Bay Packers fan and an animal lover.

She is survived by her husband, James; her parents; and two brothers, Robert and wife Peggy and Michael Cusick, all of Wisconsin; mother-in-law, Hellen I. Holtz; sisters-in-law, Donna Ewrey and husband Roger and Kim Lewis, all of West Virginia; niece, Amy and husband David Hornaday; great-niece, Aubrey Hornaday of Enid; aunt, Doris Wanzer Smith of Enid; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William Holtz, and brother-in-law, Kevin Holtz. Memorials may be made to the Enid SPCA with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
