Funeral services for Ramona Ann “Mona” (Studie) Holmes, 52, of Sperry, OK, were held Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Phil Johnson officiated. Casket bearers were Ivan Castillo, Ithan Castillo, Ian Castillo, Isaac Castillo, Logan Studie, Lukas Studie, and Landon Studie. Princess Casket bearer was Iyanni Castillo.
Mona was born November 23, 1972, to Bobby Lee Studie and Kitty Faye (Newton) Lee. She passed away March 4, 2025, in Tulsa, OK.
Mona was a dedicated professional who spent 26 years as a secretary in the financial industry. Beyond her career, she was an enthusiastic supporter of both sports and dance, always cheering on those she loved.
Mona found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them. She also adored her beloved cat, Rabbit, who was always by her side. Some of her happiest times were spent attending concerts and conventions with her husband, Jason, and daughter, Summer, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Her warmth, enthusiasm, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Holmes; daughters, Lydia Studie and husband, Jose Castillo, and Summer Holmes; sons, Mikey Studie and wife, Kayla, and C.J. Studie; grandchildren, Ivan Castillo, Ithan Castillo, Ian Castillo, Isaac Castillo, Iyanni Castillo, Logan Studie, Lukas Studie, and Landon Studie; brother, Burton James “B.J.” Studie; nephews, James Studie and Curtis Lee Kent; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Studie, and Kitty Lee and husband, Bob; and brother, Trent Lee.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
