Ann M. Holmes

???? ~ March 6, 2000 | Age 78

PERRYTON - Ann M. Holmes, 78, died Monday, March 6, 2000.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Jeff Knighton officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Mrs. Holmes was born in Fort Worth where she graduated from Paschal High School. She received her teaching certificate from Our Lady of Victory. In 1962 she moved to Perryton from Guymon, Okla.

A homemaker, Mrs. Holmes was a member and trustee of the First Christian Church and a member of Ochiltree Art Association and the Ochiltree General Hospital Auxiliary.

She married A.M. "Skinnie" Holmes in 1945 at Fort Worth. He died in 1988.

Survivors include a daughter, Ann Haley of Perryton; a sister, Mary Perry of Dallas; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, 1219 S. Indiana, Perryton, TX 79070.
