Gayle Frances Holly

February 17, 1951 ~ August 27, 2017

Gayle F. Holly, age 66 and longtime Bartlesville resident passed away in Nowata, Oklahoma on Sunday, August 27, 2017.

Gayle Frances Holly was born on February 17, 1951 in Bartlesville. She attended elementary, jr. high and high school in Bartlesville, graduating from College High School with the Sr. Class of 1969.

After graduation, Gayle became an employee of Phillips Petroleum Company in the Exploration & Production Department. She worked for Phillips Petroleum Company from 1969 to her retirement in 2008. Most of this time was spent at the Bartlesville location, however, she spent a short period in Kansas City. After retirement, she became associated with 5th & Shawnee Liquor Store where she worked for Jim and Linda Hess for 14 more years.

Gayle was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi, a local sorority. She had many interests, but she especially enjoyed bowling at the Phillips 66 Bowling Lanes.

Gayle is survived by her daughter, Lauren Danae Dickson and her husband, Travis Dickson; granddaughters, Lilly Danae Dickson and Laney DeeAnn Dickson, all of Wann, Oklahoma; her sister, Lynn Susan Hudson; Lynn's daughter, Heather Curlett and her husband, Jason Curlett, and their daughters, Emily and Holly Curlett; and her brother, Steven Holly and his sons, Jake Holly and Zach Holly.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services for Gayle will be held on Saturday, September 9, at 10:00 AM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home chapel, 710 S. Dewey Ave.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
